Resolved - This incident has been resolved. We have deployed a global fix, and SSL certificates are now automatically renewing as expected.

Identified - The issue has been identified and we are rolling out a fix.

Investigating - We are currently investigating isolated SSL renewal and enablement issues affecting a small number of pull zones. We expect that certificate renewal failures will be resolved before any existing certificates expire.

Increased response times for CACHE MISS

Resolved - We have now deployed a global fix and cache MISS latency has normalized.

Identified - We've identified an issue causing increased response time for a small percentage of origin pull requests (cache MISS pulls). This is causing increased delivery times for these requests. We have located the issue and a fix is being deployed.
