Our infrastructure team has successfully implemented a fix for the Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) service on the Agents platform. The service is now fully operational.

A faulty update to our authentication service resulted in increased error rates to endpoints across the platform for a small subset of customers. Enterprise customers were not impacted as a result of this update. The update was rolled back, and all services are now operational.
