Between 6:54AM and 9:23AM UTC, Twilio outbound calls via ElevenLabs through the native Twilio integration failed to initiate due to a Twilio outage. For more information, please see https://status.twilio.com/incidents/2mjg0mr2pf29.

We've now restored access to our customer support submission form and are monitoring the situation, though things seem to have slowed down. We also see this was a widespread attack affecting multiple companies. Our ticketing system provider, Zendesk, also issued a warning about these attacks.
