Incident start time: 20:35 UTC October 14, 2025 Incident end time: 22:31 UTC October 14, 2025 Preliminary root cause: An investigation determined that, following a recent infrastructure update, a subset of newly added machines experienced connectivity issues and were unable to communicate with other components. A root cause analysis (RCA) document will be published within five business days.
