Incident start time: 19:40 UTC July 10, 2025 Incident end time: 20:20 UTC July 10, 2025 Preliminary root cause: We determined that a recent feature implementation caused a performance degradation in a subset of infrastructure responsible for Snowsight. As part of the deployment process, traffic was temporarily rerouted; however, a misconfiguration prevented requests from being processed as expected and resulted in customers being unable to access the service.
