Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Network degradation affecting webhooks delivery in eu-west-1 has been resolved. Customers may have experienced failed connections and calls latency to all Voice features going into/out-of IE1. Some client registrations would have failed during the impact window. All services are now operating normally at this time.

Twilio Programmable Messaging was degraded for 61 minutes between 12:31AM and 1:32AM Pacific Time on 07/31/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced increased SENT latencies for SMS. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Azi Communications Ltd Network in Israel. This incident has been resolved.
