Adopt.ai is a platform that empowers SaaS applications/enterprises with agentic AI experiences.
Context
The engineering team at AdoptAI is very nimble, fast moving and customer oriented. Given how young and early they are, their engineers were used to jumping onto any customer ticket or alert. Initially it was fine, but soon it became critical for them to make on-call debugging faster and reduce MTTR because:

Their product and customer facing team members would be "blocked" and availability of engineers became the rate-determining-step in responding to customers.

Given that Adopt runs long-lived workflows, async jobs and multi-service executions, failures are never obvious from a single log. Their production debugging required knowledge / scanning of multiple code bases, log analysis and often feature/user context — new engineers took a while to flavour of it and senior engineers ended up being involved over and over again.
The Vision
Enable everyone in the team to debug issues easily to a quality that only senior engineers are able to do otrwise. This unblocking helps their team move faster, empower the team and not worry about tribal knowledge or dependencies.
Trying DrDroid
The Adopt team was thinking about automating the debugging process — using a tool or DIY. When they started evaluating DrDroid, their criteria were simple:
- 1. Deep integration with their stack: VictoriaLogs, TrueFoundry, Sentry, Grafana, NewRelic.
- 2. Custom Skills: A lot of their investigations were domain specific to AI Agents and their customers' use-cases, so they wanted a platform that could learn and adopt the process followed by them.
- 3. RBAC: They wanted a platform where it's easily to configure permissions at tool, integration and even user level.
- 4. Secure: Given that they work with enterprises, data security and privacy mattered a lot to them. They wanted a platform that was secure.
DrDroid fit all their requirements so after a quick trial, they decided to go ahead with DrDroid.
